Eugene “Gene” Campbell

Eugene “Gene” Campbell has served as a Fire Chief, Deputy Chief & Fire Marshal, Director of Safety and Security, Corrections and Police Officer, and the U.S. Air Force as a Security Police Officer. Gene holds a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas and has participated in exchange missions to Israel, Africa, and the government of Qatar.

He has led the Homeland Security Bureau in two separate cities. At these bureaus, he managed staff supporting heavy tourism and high-profile events, with personnel in communications, technology, fire investigation, ordnance disposal, special operations, airport firefighting, and fusion center operations. In addition, as a Security Director, Gene led the initiatives for 15 schools and three support sites, which led to improved safety and security, vigilance, and enhanced training retention. 

He has also led or coordinated recurring special and sporting events, including UCLA Football and high-profile concerts and was tapped as Deputy Area Commander for the 2016 Rose Bowl Game and Parade. In addition, Gene was appointed the Area Commander by the City of Dallas for the National Basketball Association All-Star weekend, then was appointed Area Commander for Super Bowl 45 and the Dallas Mavericks championship victory parade.

As a business development consultant, Gene will be responsible for introducing our training offerings to new clients, establishing strategic partnership building, and supporting client growth.
